The Innovators Support Fund (ISF) was created by law 1/2019 and reports to the Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research. The ISF offers a wide range of programs to discover, train, support and fund gifted individuals, innovators and entrepreneurs working in any field. The ISF unit was facing challenges regarding its existing organizational structure, these included moving from flat type organizations, change in managing directors and changes in the scope of services.
Aldaffa suggested 3 different alternatives for the organizational charts of the ISF unit. Solutions were based on Functional organizational system which suits the nature of work in innovation units worldwide.
Diagnosis of needs and wants. Designing Organizational Charts alternatives. Analysis of pros and cons. Design of operational charts.
